    About the current epass situation -> Jesus Christ .. PLEASE Calm down a bit!!

    For me the fact that I can continue to use epassporte in the future is WAAAY more important then the 5 or $6000 blocked on my epass accounts right now.

    When you'll overreact and start to withraw all the funds out of epass then that's "EXACTLY" the reason why a standup firm can fall down.

    It doesn't help when ya act like a 4 y old.


    The situation is as it is ...
    At least give them a fair chance to fix this.

                          I'm one of the guys who relies on epassporte. I hope this gets resolved soon and that everybody can access the money in their virtual accounts again.

                                                      Unless they find a way to fix this within the next couple of hours: we will never see our money. You telling me to just sit back and relax triggered me, some people RELY on this money, not just for buying fish'nchips.

                                                      I hope they find a solution fast, but for now, i made my decisions. I will be leaving.

                                                                          hope they get this resolved soon, because yes I need Epassporte: I could get 50% through wire transfers with my big sponsors, but the other 50% are too small payouts for wire and it takes shitty Czech banks 6-8 weeks to cash a US check + it costs a lot of money

                                                                              I have posted it in another thread. The way I see it is that VISA is not a bank, it cannot freeze our funds. I guess they have problem with the Bank that ePass uses for VISA transaction. Epass has to use banks since it is not a bank and cannot issue it's own VISA cards. There is no information that the bank has frozen the funds too so if VISA does have problem with the bank and not ePass and our funds are not frozen ePass can find another bank like that and transfer all the funds there and issue new VISA cards from that bank.

                                                                              I don't know why it is not possible to transfer from Visa Virtual to wallet tho. But I can assume that this is also done trough VISA.

                                                                                                      A lot of people have rightly or wrongly kept their money in epass and are unable to make rent payments or other payments critical to living.

                                                                                                      Not saying what they did was smart, but there are people who have a legitimate case to be in a state of panic. Yes many of us have good cash reserves and healthy bank balances, but there are a lot who are hurting.

                                                                                                          If they resolve it in less time than that I'd be pretty impressed.

                                                                                                          If there was ever a time for a new or existing solution to step into the mix - now would be it.

                                                                                                                  To be back on their feet as it was before, hmm .. I guess it will take another 3 to 4 weeks.

                                                                                                                  When they have to reissue all visa cards, then add another couple weeks.

                                                                                                                  In this case it would be good when they offer both mastercard and visa.

                                                                                                                                                      dude, epass can be considered the "bank" of the biz the moment a bank can't meet it's customers withdrawal requests, it is done forever. SINCE the cards out there have a VISA logo them, there may be some eventual recourse for pennies on the dollar but epass is done.

                                                                                                                                                      IF they ever allowed you to access fund you have there, what happens? day 1 everybody withdrawals 100% of their monies. Therefore epass is broke and done.
