                                    Epassporte has just issued a statement that they are having an issue with their Visa program. Included is some unable to retrieve their Epassporte funds via their ATM card. Below is the statement directly from Epassporte.

                                    While we are unsure at this time what the lasting effect will be, making sure you are paid for your hard earned sales is our #1 goal.

                                    We advise that until the issue is resolved to immediately switch your IslandDollars.com account to payment via check or wire. The change can be made via the "edit profile" link on the top right of every page inside the affiliate admin. Once you make the change also email [email protected] with your username and that you've updated your payment option. The change will go into effect for the next payments, scheduled to be sent September 16-22. If you are unable to receive checks/wires contact us directly to see if there are alternative methods to get you paid. Any further inquries contact us and we'll help however possible.

                                    Please be advised that, at 12:00 PM PDT today, September 2, 2010, we were notified that effective immediately, Visa International has suspended our banking partner's (St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank) ePassporte Visa program. The ePassporte e-Wallet program continues to be up and running, except funds cannot be transferred between your Visa Account and your e-Wallet. At this time ePassporte can no longer issue Visa Cards, and the ability for our Account Holders to make point of sale purchases and withdraw funds from ATMs has also been suspended.

                                    At this time we do not know why this drastic action was taken by Visa. To us, it is unconscionable that such action would be taken without the opportunity for ePassporte to fully understand Visa's reasons and to be able to take all steps necessary to keep our program running the way it has so successfully done for over 7 years. But that is what Visa has done.

                                    As soon as we have more information we will be in contact with you.

                                    In the meantime please be assured that your funds are safe.

                                    We are very sorry for the short notice and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The ePassporte team is working diligently to rectify this situation.

                                            Epassporte Situation

                                            As of 2nd March 2010 Epassporte have suspended its Virtual Visa program. This means its impossible to withdraw funds from Epassporte if your funds are stored in your Virtual Visa Account. Partner payments were sent via Epassporte yesterday and those have been sent successfully.

                                            Affiliates should do the following immediately if affected by Epassporte.

                                            1. Login to your Epassporte account and in Wallet Settings, make sure all inward payments are stored in your Wallet, not your Virtual Visa account.

                                            2. We suggest all affiliates using Epassporte as a payment option login to your Dream-Cash admin and change your payment settings to 'Check' for the time being, until the Epassporte situation is resolved.

                                                            Try demanding a compulsory 14 day notice to cancel service with VISA
                                                            while setting up a billion dollar deal.

                                                            Bank Wire is plan B. Instead of 7 days + 5 days to get your pay add another 2 days.

                                                                                                                    Someone mentioned earlier that someone had around $100,000 in Virtual Visa? People like that usually can afford laywers to talk to Visa. (hopefully a few lawyers will)

                                                                                                                                                        My bank asked me to explain why I sent wires to Epassporte N.V., I provided a lot of docs and statements. I heard many people were also asked by their banks, some even were denied to transfer money there. I guess the problem haven't appeared in one day.
