Think I'll hold out for a while, but I did just sell another network of sites for about a 2-3x yearly mutliple.

That is a typo...I meant to say 40 months. For adult you are not going to get 20-50x yearly earnings. not even 5x yearly. Drop me a line if you are ok with 1-2x yearly for the right product
