I am sorry to hear that but he is still very much alive through you and the rest of your family. When my grandfather died, somebody who lived a lot like your grandpa, I thought I would be much more upset in the long term than I am. I was VERY sad and I miss him everyday but barely a day goes by when I don't hear his words in my head or something he taught me doesn't come to the surface. With six grand kids that he touched the same way he will never be totally gone...I suspect the same will happen in your life.Comment

Wow Hal... I had really come to adore Grampa Caleb like so many others who have been following the hug nation for so long. He was an inspiration and his spirit lives on forever in the people he inspired. He lived a full life, so his passing although sad for those of us left behind, takes him now another place where I'm sure he is happy to be.
