    Are conversions 10* worster, than in the 2009?

    Hi,

    my main sponsor had in 2009 conversions 1:1000, in 2005 - 2008 1:700.

    Now in the 2010 it's 1:7000, 10* WORSTER than what is normal for me.

    It's this some trend or what?

    Sure conversions going down, this is normal trend, but NOT this radical way!!!

    What is your average conversions in this year 2010 in comparison with year 2009, it's 1/10 of the 2009 nightmare or not?

    Rebills still holding me up the water, but this killing my gallery biz. I will must move to TGP and paysite biz ASAP or hosting fees will kill me...

          1:1000 with freesites/gallery traffic and around 1:300 with targeted traffic.

          Blog traffic is a bit better.

          In the other hand, some sponsors are shaving big this year.

                                      A paysite won't give you better convertions, unless it's very niched and you get very targeted traffic. But you can get more traffic through an affiliate program.

                                              I've seen a 30% decline in ratios overall in 2010 compared to 2009 accoring to my statsremote. I am sending more traffic though.

I used to be a lazy fuck in 2007-2008 and worked on my tube site maybe 4-5 hours/day initially and then 1-2 hours/week after initial startup was done... then in early 2010 I started another tube site and put in 10x work (multiple full time employees) only to see about the same sales as in 2007-08 with just 1-2hours/week

No reason not to add a pay site to your portfolio. Maybe try some new sponsors. I know I have some sites I can still convert, including SpookyCash ones of course.

I think some sites stopped updating, so new members are not going to sign up. Harder to make new content in the current economy because talent wants to get paid more, at the same time programs have less.

                                                                                                                                                                          People keep talking about shaving, but aren't most programs these days NATS or CCBill or Epoch or maybe Verotel or Zombaio? If so, how are they shaving? I just don't think shaving is really happening in 2010. Slow pay and no pay is definitely happening, but I don't think shaving really is.
