I'm sure as an internet tough guy and competent waitress manager you know its much cheaper to deal with the legal fees arising from a criminal and/or civil assault case enstead of write the tab off.
Certainly makes more sense to have your staff get hauled off by the police over a few deadbeats than to have them serve paying customers on the busiest day of the year.Comment
