If Tubes were forced to give out the IP addresses of uploaders it would be a real triumph. Let them prove they are being uploaded by others and let the owners go after them.

244 isn't many. However, after a few VERY EMBARRASSING cases some people may actually worry about this risk from pirating and either stop watching all together (doubtful) or acquire their porn legally from then on.

244 might just be the start. If the returns are higher that the outlay they might go on to sue a lot more.

Which is something more companies should be doing. Identify the uploaders and make them squeal. Going to be tough to enforce in countries like the Philippines, but that should not stop people.

Just about every tube has access logs turned off. If you leave access logs enabled on a high traffic site, they will quickly fill up your harddrive, and crash your site because mysql will start spitting error 28 from storage engine.
