        10-15%.

        If they are NOT licensed, insured, and bonded --10%.

        If they have the whole package including posted policies, support, a real office, etc.. --15%.

        As the client risk goes up, the fees decrease.

            Most individual brokers charge 10-15%. For companies that broker it's oftentimes 15-20%.

                Probably not. But at a basic level.. there is a business license.

                If they have an escrow department, a license may apply.
