I don't seperate my cardio days, I do 15 minutes before to get my heart rate up and alittle calorie burn. Then after I do 5-10 swimming laps. I wonder if having cardio days makes a big differance?

I'm at 5-7 to seven but I would love to get down to 5 and do yoga, sounds like the perfect balance.

I see your in LA, Runyon Canyon is a great workout, when I stay in Hollywood I'm there every morning. I can't think of a better way to start off a day.

At first it's like that, you notice everyone looking and the cheese balls. But after a couple workouts you drown everyone out and just focus on the workout. Also I suggest perfect push ups and perfect pull ups for home workouts, if I could fit them both in my suit case i would take them everywhere.
