Sponsors with hosted promos where thumbs lead to html pages with full size

Why do more sponsors not offer this?

Is it because they are unaware of the conversions being better?

I prefer thumbs to lead to full size images on html instead of just the pic, am i alone here? Like in TGP2 galleries etc...

Is it because it would cost more to get designers to do it?

What could be the reason for this?

Sponsors, get off your ass and stop being lazy.

Many of the sponsors I use (softcore nude art / teen solo) offer the choice between standard and image-on-HTML. I don't use the latter because my (automated) thumb script cannot easily figure out which images to thumb and add to the pool.

I know some do, but one would think that more of the BIGGER sponsors would.

I mean, multiple tours per site, 6000 banners per site - 16 million hosted galleries per tour etc...

but not a single TGP2 style in the affiliate section.

Are you talking about FHG's mostly? I agree, your CTR would go up if you had the pics on their own page. Your conversion ratio would also get worse. But that's just another reason why conversion ratios mean shit, because even though your conversion ratio wuld be worse you would still be making more money off the same gallery.

I think the biggest reasons why you don't see more of this is that the sponsor might be scared that the TGP owners won't use their galleries if they had the pics on html pages as that's usually a big no no for most TGP's.

TGP owners usually don't have a problem mixing in normal FHGs with their reg submissions even though most of these wouldn't pass their normal submission rules because of too many outbound and blindish aggressive outbound links. That's not a big as noticable or not such a big deal as pics on their own html pages with more adds. That might be pushing it.

FOR fake TGP's that use all sponsor galleries anyways I would say hell yah shouldn't be a problem.

So then that means for the sponsor to cover all the bases they need to have both kinds available = more work = where were at now

The same as a regular gallery (number of pictures may be less) except the thumbs lead to html pages with full size pic, a banner above or below and big text links leading to sponsor.

i cant think of any sponsor that I use that even offers it.

I did not mean specifically old school TGP2, just referring to the style of thumbs leading to full size on html pages.

there are hundreds of ways to make TGP2-style galleries, but Im simply asking for full size pics on html pages.

I shouldnt have even used the term "tgp2' here, but i thought people would understand the subject line if i did.

I dont have anything to do with TGPs. I rarely ever submit a gallery, if I do, I buy listings or traffic.

All i ever hear is "because big TGP this, big TGP that" - what does that have to do with the other webmaster affiliates?

It's about volume I suppose. If I need to spend 3 times the money and/or effort into making such pages and get 20 times less traffic to them, is it worth it? Yeah, it is worth it if I have excess time and/or money to make them..but in case I have to choose either, or focus on something more 'worthwhile'.

I like this, i dont care about conversions going up because more clicks are being sent, I want more sales. Come aggressive as fuck or dont come at all.

could be 5 thumbs on a page that lead to these or 10, doesnt matter to me.

I know you weren't looking for potds and just made that as an example, but I figured I'd spam anyhow.

..We'll see if I find a nice quick way to automate the process to 100's of galleries and I may make them as well, alongside the 'normal' galleries.

no i have seen galleries use this feature before and i will make a few and add a them to the ad tools section and see how they do .... people are complaining about more time involed ... once you create that one html page there shouldn't be any extra time at all.

A more useful metric is $ earned per 1,000 FHG loads, but until s^tatsrem&ote and a TGP script join forces it's not going to be possible to calculate this automatically.
