It's not just men ... one of the biggest groups getting it these days are divorced women in their 40's and 50's. Women that grew up thinking that pregnancy was the only real thing you had to worry about (other than pesky STD's that don't cost your life, most of which are curable) and if they've gone through menopause they figure they do not need a condom.
