ive used this to get a better rate on some of them. instead of 50/50 you can get them to give you 60/40 or an extra few bucks a pps

some programs have a budget for promotions. it has nothing to do with a program doing bad. long as you're getting paid, don't make assumptions. we give away free shit and bump payouts for people all the time. it's an incentive for people to send MORE traffic or to attract MORE affiliates.

Could be that they put a new guy in charge of marketing and that person is trying to stir up some buzz and generate some biz. Nothing wrong with that
