If the traffic is from Spain or the US conversions can be just OK. Spaniards are tightwads but they have money. They seem to like cams and dating.
US Hispanics who are first generation immigrants (the ones most likely to be surfing in Spanish still) are usually pretty broke and they like to cancel and/or charge back.
The rest of the Spanish speaking world is on most bank's fraud scrub list. Occasionally Mexico is an exception, I know CCbill in particular processes Mexican transactions with no issues, but even if you can process the transactions the charge-backs will be much higher in these countries.
