Woohoo! The Big 37 today! Hooray!
How does it start off?
I get trapped in the elevator. Bad storm last night. Power surge in the building. I'm clostraphobic and acrophobic so being on a glass elevator on the 5th floor was not good. Paramedics get there as well as the fire department. By the time they get their, building maintenance has already gotten me out. I'm having a panic attack by now. Hyperventilating and all. Paramedics put me on oxygen! Then, they are trapped b/c the elevator control on that floor is jacked up. So, paramedics, fire department, security, and the building manager are all stuck on the 5th floor waiting for another car to come up. As it comes up, HOORAY, it's the Ortis elevator tech. He works on the elevator and everyone gets on and go down except for me who still has problems thinking about going down the elevator. Well, I'm not going to say how much of a little bitch I acted on getting downstairs on the elevator. So, HAPPY BDAY DOUGEE!!
