Definitely not something I'd consider, because you just put the child at risk for so many things as a result. We were in the diaper store the other day and there was a women who looked to be close to 50 chasing around her 5 year old daughter...who had down's syndrome.
I think that most people having kids at that age aren't doing it with the child's best interests in mind. If they did, they wouldn't be having or even considering it...because of all the possible complications.
