    Sylvester Stallone is filming a new Rambo film.

    This movie was announced 2-3 years ago, but I guess he's finally getting around to filming it..

    The storyline of the new Rambo film, which is set to be released in next year, sees Rambo recruited by Christian human rights missionaries to protect them against pirates as they deliver aid to Burma. When some of the missionaries are taken prisoner, Rambo assembles a team of mercenaries to rescue them.

                      I don't understand this guy..I don't mind him doing Rocky again..BUT..he could have been a guy that trains at the same gym, and he could have had a guy that played his son to play Rocky and that could have turned into another Empire..Everyone knows boxing is played out when you are around 30ish.

                      He could have done another 3-5 Movies on it, Rocky's Son or something.

                                  How old is he now, 60? He's just doing the cash grab and getting all the sequels in before he is too old. I don't blame him one bit, but you'd think there has to be some big name director that was a big fan of the originals and would want to do the final film. At least go out with a bang instead of giving us the B movie versions of these films.

                                                                                                      I think he's trying to wrap up the stories he started. Rambo and Rocky were actually his concepts, from watching the rocky film it looked like he wanted to put and end to it, likely the same with rambo. I bet we'll see him either retire or playing more roles like copland (less action, more plot) and see him retire from action roles entirely.

I gotta say...he's really lost his touch. His acting was SO poor, his speech was so grossly overacted.
