If it were a high-search generic then I could see it as a highly sought generic option, but you're looking at only 8,100 searches/mo that contain gay content, only 1,600 for "gay content" itself.
That plus it being a down market, I'd probably say mid $x,xxx.

That's what I would do. Also put a basic site on it, maybe a even a blog or something to help it establish a time line. This will help the new buyer out a little.
