I think you can if you research it lots? For example, EVERY SINGLE PERSON knows that block caps are harder to read than regular writing. If you can find me just one piece of research that says I am wrong I will give 100 quid to the charity of your choice.

the reseach you used was to show how to make a page of text flow well and to be easily readable but isn't the who point of "call to action" uppercase text to draw the eye and be the focus of attention? I wouldn't have said that they were the same thing.

But I guess if you want to make people believe you are real amateur and you really left school at 16, then putting those mistakes in deliberately is a very clever marketing device. Maybe you are going for an Eastern European tone of voice? "With leak free tours, you have satisfaction that every visitor you send to us, shall be contented with surfing our network." I also like things like "everyweek" instead of every week. Very clever. I just misunderstood. I thought you were trying to be a professional site with no mistakes. Great question. How can I know about design things when I am not a designer? Well, I read books on the subject, visit brilliant sites like smashingmagazine.com and read research on design. By using reading like this I learn things. I learnt that comprehension is reduced dramatically when you use all caps.

You seem to disagree with wikipedia and everyone else about this. Do you have an research I could read about why using caps increases comprehension? I'd love to read it.
