Dating - good luck, haven't had much myself on finding a mobile dating sponsor.
EXGF - we have www.shesmyex.com, haven't tested another sponsor with that niche.
Gay - TopBucks, PimpRoll, and HunkMoney just went mobile with all their gay sites. We send them some joins, does well.
Reality - TopBucks and PimpRoll
I'm honestly going based on what I have heard the best conversions are for these niches.

Isn't fling the only mobile adult dating at the moment? Its very basic to say the least though.

For what it's worth, I have a trickle of mobile traffic I starting redirecting to HDporn.com this month, and I'm 1:90 with it so far. Granted, it's all google searches for hd porn so it's pretty targeted, but I'm happy.
