Why don't you just post actual revenue stats or something you shady real estate bastard? When I sold my first website I posted CCBill screenshots along with google analytics. After a few months I was able to get a buyer.
Prove me or anyone else wrong, and end up with a confident buyer. Continue with your shady antics and end up making these threads every couple of weeks and end up getting the same responses from 'haters' like me. And a few people hitting you up that are seemingly interested but never end up getting close to a sale.

The total number of visitors (including the unique visitors shown above) was just over 124,000 (and was never higher than 200,000). The number of unique visitors last month was just over 60,000.
Not bad traffic, but several times lower than stated in the video. However, the site could be valuable in the right hands for somebody.
Anyway, good luck with the sale...
