So this crazy bitch that lives behind me built a brick wall, then topped it off with a 2 foot wooden fence. The wind just blew over the wooden part into my yard. Thank goodness my kids weren't out there.

Man this goes Waaaaay back between us. I met her when she literally knocked down the existing wall INTO my yard. She climbed over the wreckage and introduced her self.
She jokingly asked that I pay half. I never agreed. I said, "well how much?" She said something like "1,600". I never agreed. Her Ernest P Whorl handyman butts in, then Cat comes out and before long we were talking about something else. Then she comes over later to collect my half. I told her no and that I never saw a bid, or agreed to anything. Before long we were both in the street screaming at each other to fuck off. No shit. full grown adults (she's much older and fatter) and there we were in the streets like savages.
Soon after she built the brick fence... as you can see it doesn't quite eliminate her view from my ugliness so she put a small wooden fence on top of it and failed to secure it properly. It just blew right the fuck over.
