revshare should pay out more over the long term, within a year those members will be worth more than $35 each definitely

We have affiliates that haven't signed up any new members within the last YEAR and still they are getting a fair amount of money every 2 weeks.

Revshare is the way to go.

PPS is better i think.
i tried revshare and after more than 1 year i'm now earning 3 times less than when i started promoting...

It comes down to your traffic source and if you can track earnings by customer username. Then you can do a split test on that known traffic source for a sample period like 4 months.

Its really is the traffic you send, send ppl who are CJ around the net, or send a guy via se traffic to your sponsor, the later will bring you in the long run more. CJ traffic i would go for PPS....

But sure it takes also a bit of luck, the right guy a good camgirl and she can drain his CC and when you then sit on rev . you make some longtime cash..

Well if you wanna go PPS try cams.com. They pay 105$ pps. or 20%. I've been trying a little of both and it's clear that the pps earns the most cash for me

So that's what i'll be sticking with. But 35$ doesn't sound like much..

What does the user have to do to trigger the $105? Is it a free or $1 sign up or do they need to purchase a block of minutes?

Usually a hight pay out like that is once you reach a number of sales. Or it it is for a short period of time. We are running a 60$ promo right now, for the rest of the week. And then have another promo comming up at the first of the month.

It all depends on the sponsor and how "your" members orders are tracked. If it's just a cookie, how long does it last ? Many people delete them by default at the end of an online session, some sponsors let them expire after a certain time.

I tried around for months and it looks like very few members stay for a long time and spend alot of money. Lucky if you catch a whale, but it hardly makes up for all those guys that only spend the minimum ammount once to try livesex.

I was totally convinced that revshare is better for a long time, but at least for my traffic I was wrong, I'm making much more with PPS.
