did you tell your girlfriend/wifes parents what you do?

I am going to meet her parents for the first time and stay for 4 days. She says her mum is religious and she doesn't want them to know I do porn stuff :o/
I think they might already be suspicious though... I am scared they might ask me outright.

So should I just lie? I am not very good at lying and I am not used to lying about what I do I don't realy see its something to hide. I guess I will be in deep shit if I don't though?

I told my fiancee's parents. But they are not religious. Just tell them you do internet marketing/SEO type work/directing traffic. Try and confuse them so they don't ask anymore. If they do ask if you do porn. Say "Some of the companies I deal with may be into Adult Entertainment"

Just spin it, tell the truth, but don't focus on the hardcore aspects.

I recommend a pre-emptive strike...

Be honest and tell them how good their daughter is at giving head, describing her technique in detail, and then ask your girlfriend's parents if they think she picked it up from her Mum.

After being honest about that, I don't think you'll have to worry too much about the occupation issue.

i even went as far as business cards for mine.

If they ask you directly, tell them. Otherwise say you do "internet marketing" and SEO. Also find a domain and put some shit on it so if you need to, fall back on it as your income site. Hopfully they will believe you.

While the truth will set you free, it might also push you away from those around you. I have seen this so many times before.

If you don't feel comfortable, just say something vague like internet marketing, multimedia...you can tell pretty exactly what you do without precising that its for ADULT sites.

Tell them you do web marketing and throw some technical terms to make them feel stupid and no one will admit they feel stupid so they will probably move on to another topic after saying "SOUNDS INTERESTING"

I would say "I do SEO marketing for TGP sites on the internet as well as updating their content so they rank well on Google search engine algorithm."
They will be like "WTF did he just say ?" but realistically tell you"hmmmm. that sounds very interesting"

I use the "Internet Marketing" line and explain that I attract and direct people to buy products which I receive a commission for. I have a few silly little mainstream sites so if anyone ever presses hard enough for an example, I just give them one of those URLs.
