                              Sure.

                              This is a cocaine bullet:


                              It's a small vial (comes in different sizes) with a cap with a built in one way valve that screws on the top. You finely chop (and if you're smart, sieve) the cocaine and fill the vial up with the powder. The valve at the top has a little "scoop" built in to it, it's open on one end and sealed on the other and attached to an axle that rotates. You turn the little handle so the "scoop" is facing down, then tip the whole thing over so powder from the vial comes in to the scoop. You then turn the handle a half turn so the scoop is sealed against the side wall of the bullet. Flip it over so it's upright and turn the handle the rest of the way, so the scoop is now facing straight up in to the opening at the top. Press in to nostril and inhale deeply. You get the same sized hit everytime!
