    Million $ speeding ticket

    A Swedish motorist is facing the world's biggest speeding fine of 650,000 pounds after being caught driving at almost 300km/h on a Swiss motorway. The 37-year-old man was driving at two-and-a-half times the speed limit in his $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Gullwing. In Switzerland speeding fines are worked out using a formula based on the income of the motorist and the speed.

              Britain makes world's fastest car that travels at speed of sound or close to speed of sound. It's hard to design a car at this speed that does not fly up into the air and it stays on the ground.

              650,000 pounds is a huge fine for speeding. Also, don't toy with guns. The British army has many tons.

                                                          I wonder if it would be a true deterrent if they took away the vehicle in extenuating circumstances like that. $1 million to this guy is probably nothing, no big deal. But take away the car that is difficult to get, he might care about that!
