it is hard, there is nothing like copyright for your onilne ideas, so if someone stole something from you, just go over it, nothing lasts forever and what is working now may not be working tomorrow, just dont feed them with new ideas
if you cant make money on your idea before someone stole it from you, you are doing something wrong
