Just getting out of the paysite game, I have no desire to pursue anything further with these programs, I simply don't have the time. If I try to hold on to them they'll just get neglected I know that for a fact.

Just looking for someone else with the passion, time & resources confident enough to pick one up and turn it into something great!

JTF is doing his own thing now, wish him the best but he's no longer involved

i just don't have the patience to deal w/ all of the tire kickers and foot draggers, my whole week has been screwy because i keep getting sidetracked with icqs, phone calls, walk throughs, etc...

i want to move these yesterday and focus on my other projects undisturbed

taking quite a loss here, but i'd rather be done instead of bs'ing w/ a ton of folks and unable to pay attention to my primary gigs

per prog:
35k for lavish including all 23 websites, designs, promo material, affiliates, members, servers, content

40k for aw

ALL assets included for both companies!

i'll send the books from the start of the companies - current to seriously interested parties

Jimthefiend has been "working" on them for how long? And they are still total crap with no affiliates or sales.

you musta missed his 1st post. it clearly says it comes with members and affiliates and current traffic being sent.... atleast thats how i read this part.
