So I basically let them know there was another host (although a couple of others also do SEO). With 13 years experience as a WM actually running pay sites, among others, and have had plenty of 1P SERP rankings over those years for my KW terms. I think that qualifies as 'expertise'.

Since I also do SEO, I simply corrected the O.P. that there are other hosts that provide SEO hosting. I even went to far as to provide your direct ICQ to the lad.
