There are quite a few people close/in the area.
I grew up in Cincinnati my entire life so I can give you pretty good insight if you're seriously thinking about any given area.
It's pretty much like any other city in my opinion. You can go through a neighborhood of multi-million dollar properties and drive twenty minutes down the road to a place where you'd want to breeze through red lights with all of the doors locked and a gun under your seat.
