where can i use it? i ve tryed like 20 stores online and i always get decline wtf... i thought maybe i can fund paypal or something same shit anyone know where at least i can buy something with it? post places where its accepted.

Oh and PayPal funding is a bitch. It's not just ePass they don't like. You also can't use a variety of prepaid cards and some debit cards. I had to apply for a new credit card last summer because PayPal didn't like any of my credit/debit cards.Email: [email protected]

dam u lucky but it is werd though i tryed to use paypal i transferred 6$ to my friend like made a donation , alright i think good then i send 200 and it says u cant send a payment u shoulda add a bank account , alright dam i add a bank account , then trying to send and guess what it tells me... fund being taken from bank account as a primary option and credit card ( epass) option not available for your account how would you explane that?Comment
