    Just got off the phone with roy...

    I think im more nervous than he is... fucking stomach is in knots right now.....

      Roy Nelson is the fatter one. He has strong big muscles covered by some layer of fat. The opponent, on the right side, appears to have a lower body fat percentage. You want to make your pick about who will win. To make a better pick, you have to have detailed information about: workouts and nutrition. You have that information, because you train with Roy everyday. If you also took some measure of the opponent's strength, you would not be biased. Good luck, DirtyDanza.           MY picks are: Sonnen (yes, Sonnen), Alves, Guida, Hughes, and dos Santos.

          My pick of the night is Matt Hughes. Almeda is favored as far as the betting lines, but I feel Hughes has what it takes to win it. He's tough as nails and he's only lost one fight in the last six years.

He must eat boatloads of bacon or something to stay that fat. He's a tough motherfucker and took some brutal punches tonight, but I think he could even out some fights like this by getting in better physical shape. Most people would've been out in the first round taking those vicious punches.

                                                                                                                                          back to the drawing board.. Ive already talked with him .. he's not hurt physically but mentally his pride is hurt....

He might be quicker if he dropped a few pounds though don't you think? The gut does help him when he gets guys on the ground I guess.

                                                                                                                                                      He would be in much better shape if he lost 40lbs. , and learned some god dam defense. All he proved was he can take a punch, he was never in that fight. Dos Santos could have fallen asleep in the last round and still won a unaminous decision.
