At this stage of the game, all the weak players including shitty producers, lame sites, half-assed affiliate programs, and the companies that relied on screwing the consumer have pretty much been marginalized and eliminated. Now everyone that is left that can afford to attend a trade show is either really good at what they do or just there to see old friends from the glory days. People can say the show was small and it is not like the old days, but if they got on a plane, showed up and still didn't get anything accomplished then that's their own fault.
