                                      Just talked again to Playboy Support and they and IPSoft are working on getting things fixed as quickly as possible.

                                      The primary DB server for NATS bounced after its RAID system threw a disk (1 of 8). When it came back up, the filesystem had some corruption in it. The DB had to be taken down and the system brought back up in single user mode to run a filesystems check to repair what's fouled up. No data lost, and they are working to get things back online soon.

                                      I'll update as I hear more.
