    Trademark - Published For Opposition (help!)

    When a trademark comes up on USPTO as "published for opposition" what are the grounds for opposition?

    how can you make a good case to oppose the trademark and is it worth it?

    does anyone have experience in this area or know a good trademark attorney who can help? I only have 30 days and need to do something about this fast.

                  A good case to oppose the trademark would be like if you have used the name in question for 10 years worldwide before the people trying to trademark. If its something you really want speak to an attorney.
