Latin Quarter II used to be good back in the day - dunno if its still around lately.

Brass Rail's a perennial favorite - better than the Zanzibar.

Million Dollar Saloon by the airport was good. And Chez Pairez...Airport Strip.

If your in the north of the city hit up Whiskey a Go Go or Pro Cafe just north of Steeles Ave in Concord; they're fairly dirty. As others have said FYEO is pretty good; hit Century room up across the street afterwards.
