I'm not sure, but I'm curious as to what the site is. You rap?

Looks like it's being called as a background image instead of in the standard fashion. It's probably being called from the stylesheet which is why you can't see the image file linked directly in the header file. Just find the div class where it's being called in the header.php and go from there.

Ok I figured it out. Is anyone seeing a second scroll bar. I don't but he says he does.

He probably sees it in 800x600 causing the scrollbar at the bottom.
