If Konrad needs something (add another tube, fix something) he can get in touch with my support directly, get root, or have Sean go in and fix it. Providing good resolution (i.e. no waiting).

        Bringing this guy on has been a master stroke. It keeps Konrad, clients, myself happy.

I am aware now that on the main page the tags are present but empty of content and will be researching the best stuff to put in there and getting that remedied.
