well, lets look at the cliff notes
you're mad that a judge decided that a law was unconstitutional, stayed his decision and waited for appeal.
it's going to the supreme court, and you better hope they decree it unconstitutional because the freedom of love is right up there with freedom of speech and freedom of mobility.
with examples of women being able to vote and black kids being able to go to school, what this judge did was his job.
