Paypal have put a rolling reserve onto my Paypal account, of around $400 so I cannot use this money. This happened to anyone else?

Damn man, that sucks. I just pulled out out $300 from it about 2 weeks ago, then another $100 a few days ago, then another $30 yesterday, there was no problem with it. -
No complaints with them, can take out any ammount and bill any level. Took four months with no charge backs to get this but they work fine.
Do you have any or many charge backs?Comment

Have a friend who got his paypal account freezed with $10,000+ he couldn't withdraw. took about 2-3months to get the cash out.
I've been lucky thou but heard alot about this problem.
