          they were just acting on some old principles.. there were some rules a couple years ago that link lists were supposed to contact the site owner before listing him... but there was nobody to control this shit, so nobody cared

              Ha ha ha ha, that's tooooooo fucking funny. Look at their link exchange page. They bury you in a list like Heymatty pointed out, then they expect a link to this page http://www.americas-drugstore.com The thing that really gets me is that if you go to that page, try looking for a link to their "link directory", I can't find it anywhere on that site, so the chances of even getting a hit from that are rare to none, while they're getting free hits to their page. Hell, I've gotta signup for a trade and kick them a few thousand hits, ha ha ha.

                  Well, the reason this "offer" happens so frequently is because there is a new sucker born every day.

                  For every experienced webmaster that deletes that crap, they get 4 newbies up the ass. Or more.

                      I think this guy simply buys random domains and then installs the same link trade script on every site and then spams his whole database of webmasters... I get the same message every month, only with a different domain that I'm supposed to link to each time.
