People being caught cheating by other means is irrelevant. If they rigged the decks (for what reason I can't even fathom) it would be caught almost immediately by the collective group of thousands of people that keep histories of everything. In fact, the cheaters that were caught doing other stuff were caught in this manner and last I checked they had no involvement in the actual site, just used master accounts that were in legacy code.
