What's up with Battsworld?

There's been a notice on their site saying they are integrating to NATs and to wait for further instructions - it's been there for 5 months now.
But I see where he has posted that the site is live and ready to go, posted 2 months later. I've e-mailed support twice but no reply. WTF? Is it ready to promote or not? Suggestion- Update your message on your webmasters page so we know whats going on. And maybe spend a little less time posting pics from other sites on GFY and start answering your e-mails.
