I hope this is NOT mutually exclusive, but I'm looking for recommendations on inexpensive and (of course) reliable U.S. hosting, for high bandwidth traffic sites; TGP's/MGP's, video sharing site, etc.

I have 8 servers doing about 500 megs at www.techiemedia.com These old school guys rock to the nth degree. They have a few options for BW which is totally cool. I keep all my front end stuff on pure level3 at decent prices, then I have my hi bandwidth media servers on their "Value" network which is awesome (NO COGENT) but very affordable. Either way you go these guys are solid and a great company to work with, IMO.. Ask for Jim over there, and he will take good care of you.

Are you kidding me, I have some of my front end stuff on Pure Level3 in the low 30;s and then my hi bw media on their new mix (no cogent) for low 20's and if I did a bit more bw will be in the teens. For their level of support and overall stability they have an awesome solution for anyones hosting IMHO

Few companies can offer the level of support wayne and jim do, but when people say cheap they arent looking for $30's a meg.

Everyone wants shit dirty cheap on this board. Like i have said many times if i didnt have my own cages in equinix id host my stuff with wayne and jim
