Business proposal : Paysite Owners Read This!

I'm the creator and owner of http://www.freetgpsubmitter.com .
Currently the system sends like 100-150 galleries a day to 1000+ tgp sites.

Currently we have 1500+ webmasters signed up and 20% uses my system on dailly basis.

its a 'free' service, but i ask one banner or textlink on each gallery pages, all income made on these banners (100000 dailly) is mine. To make it more nice for my users i'm developing a service which is called 'revshare submitting'.

'RevShare submitting' is still my banner on the users' pages BUT with the users' revshare code attached to it.
I need aff. programs to work with me.

The users signs-up for your aff. program at my site (FTS - FreeTgpSubmitter) . Ofcourse your system have to know it came from FTS, and a special account is created on your system(a revshare account with a 33/33/33 split percentage). 1/3 for u, 1/3 for me and 1/3 for my user. Your system notifies me that a new user have signed up at your system, i verify and the user is ready to rumble.

This will create a FREE submitter, which makes money for free, using shared banners on the pages.

Hit me on ICQ 13605110 if you're interesed

Or you could pay $45 for G.A.S.S. and keep 100% of the revenue your gallery generates...

As a paysite owner it's not that bad of a deal.. no work.. no bandwidth costs.. extra sales. I don't have an affiliate program at this point, but it'd be extra money..and that's not all bad. Well, except one thing, if it is 33/33/33 before fees, then the paysite owner is left with very little.

I think your eyesight needs adjusting. Not once did I ever say G.A.S.S. rox and the rest sucks. In fact, I don't recall EVER blatently slamming ANY product by name in ANY post I have ever made.

But you didn't expect me to pass this by tho did you? I mean, I could mention how something that has free in the name and is touted as being free really ISN'T, but I would never bring that up...

I was merely expressing MY opinion. :D

                                  Let me get this straight.

Russian submitter costs about $25 a month.

TGSW plus one year of updates costs less than $300, or about $25 a month.

You have a *ahem* "Free" TGP submitter and you want a 33/33/33 split with the sponsors and the gallery submitter. Which means the gallery builder gets a 33% cut instead of a 60-70% cut from the sponsor, basically cutting their income in half.

So unless the people who use your system make less than $50 a month off of their galleries, or have incredibly substandard math skills, I don't see how anyone would use your *ahem* "free" submitter over the two I mentioned above.

it's just a 33% cut on ONE obligatory banner on the TGP page.. which is 33% they're not currently getting.... it's not 33% of the profits made from all the banners on the page.

lenny2 you got it wrong. Currently i put 1 banner on the top of the pages which is mine. The rest of the banner income on the pages is still going to the submitter.

Anyway, i can see why people use my system:

                                      1. Its free to use. Okay one banner on the page, thats it. Anyway i dont see any difference with these so called free-hosts. Fuck with your traffic, and zillions of penispills ads on your page. Still 10000's peeps using free-hosts.

                                      2. I think its a great system to start with, if a newbie and dont want to spend to much money to begin with. If the users are satisfied with my product, they still can buy a monthly subscription, bannerless, $15 a month.

                                      3. We have public submissions, others can post your galleries. Using our scheduler, autoconfirmer (which is at smtp level, no crappy windblows application) and public submitter, people can go on vacation and still submit everyday. Plus there's a recip autoupdater.

                                      4. i'm running 2 month now. And 1500+ subscriptions, so I think there is a reason to use FTS.

Thats my opinion, and i wrote the shit ofcouse

                                        Not only newbies Boldy

I use it since day one, and it works like a charm.

As I said on my own board every submitter(be it automatic, semi automatic or whatever) has it's strong and weak points.

If you use the strong features you stand for a lot of cash.

                                        For example:

FTS: for all regular submissions and offcourse the credit system which allows my galleries to be submitted even when I don't have time to manage it.

TGSW: Fuck the database it allows you to create your own so I use it to submit to the big ones I entered manualy and offcourse my partner accounts.

Adulthitkit + Shavenferret: good for the no recip subs.

All combined I get hours of submitting done in minutes and over 300k daily to my galleries.

That's not counting the 15k I get to my TGP2 galleries (Submitted with FTS and AHK)

So you bet I'm a happy camper

Now a little note of critisism Boldy:

Now you get a banner on a gallery why not get it all with revshare subs?

                                        Simplified example:

                                        You use sponsor
FTS revshare user signs up under you
FTS revshare user submits galleries promoting that sponsor.

You receive a % of every sale made while the revshare user still get's the full ammount.

You both make $$$ so both are happy.

Now do this example times an X ammount of sponsors offering webmaster ref. cash and do the math ;)

The above has a few advantages over the banner at the top the submitter ads now:

1 without it the gallery looks better and gets accepted more on TGP's

2 With a whole revshare gallery the gallerybuilder can easier make a sale then you can with one banner

3 You both get paid the full monthy ;)

4 It will make your users a lot happier

I just registered, and it seems like a good solid program. It'll definitely help my lazy ass to get some galleries submitted

                                            My mistake.
I thought it was one third of the whole page.

I guess you could call that free. Free submissions in exchange for ad space, they still call them "free hosts" right? LOL

I might have to check out the bannerless deal for $15 a month

It would be a nice option, i'll have to re-program my whole core system. Anyway, i'll think about it.

                                                          Snow: ya got mail

                                                          Boldy:

Maybe this is a stupid remark, cause I don't know how you coded the submitter, but to me it seems you allready have the foundation for such an option ready to go.

You allready offer bannerless submissions for a monthly fee.

So IMHO all you have to do is take that option add a check to it when people upload the galleries in the submitter to crosscheck the ref codes used on it with what you have on file (a small sql database would do it)

Saves ya a lot of time policing it and only makes the upload a few seconds slower. BUT saves saves you a whole lot of reprogramming ;)
