maybe get rid of the voice, or at least change the chick's voice, she doesn't sound sexy at all

The site is nice, specially the usability but I would avoid those banners..

So what exactly sets your site apart from the other 100000 TGP's out there? Try to add a unique edge and you might just find yourself with some repeat visitors. Just my opinion, that's all.
