I would say 70% of the programs we deal with answer support ticket or emails within a timely manner. Some programs are terrible, currently their are at least 3 programs I cannot get a response from regarding missing payments. Luckily each one only owes us between $70 & $150.
At ClickMeMedia.com I do my best to personally answer all support requests within 24hrs, 7 days a week. What delays things is waiting on our programmer or other staff who work in Eastern Europe. Even then I try and acknowledge your request & give a timeline.
