I think I just had a customer complain about an order I never sent, he tried to pay for it on Epass last night and is now complaining I did not send the FTP email.

Seems he paid while the site was down.

they are probably just a little more sophisticated than that

i just went to the bank and did a balance inquiry and shows the balance to be the same as it should of been. there are times where banking sites are down, but the banks still are open

thanks for the heads up. honestly it is a bit nerve racking when you have a bit of money in there. they are not a normal bank, so i cant walk into the local branch when something goes wrong.

when stuff like this happens, i wish they would give a heads up (if they did and i missed it, my appologies). I will continue to use them no doubt, but dont think they are going to disappear over night
