    what do u think of a paysite?

    a recently launched paysite:
    www(dot)chicksgetfucked(dot)com
    dp + anal niches
    absolutely exclusive content
    (trailers included )

    admirable pro's and pornlovers, plz tell your opinion
    1. bump or not for overall view of a tour and content
    2. the site is running for almost 3 months,
    we're recieving constant clicks daily through the signup to a processor
    but no buys though. using verotel as a processor only.
    what can be a reason of such nosubscription shit?
    maybe alternative processors can help or anything else?

      How many scenes do you have? How many minutes of video?

      You have no affiliate program, and you use your first post on GFY to ask why your site is failing. You should have been on GFY two years before you even considered starting a site. 90% of all new sites fail, and yours does not look like it will be an exception. Let me guess, you were dentists who pooled together capital to invest in porn?

          I'm reading this site much more than 2 yrs.
          shooting content since 2000.
          shooting HC since 2006
          hence models and hosting are my only investment at the moment

          this is the pilot project.
          now I've made 24 dedicated sets (25 min average + up to 100 pix)
          and can produce much more.

          You think AP is the turnkey for my site?

          Maybe tgp/mgp and seo could be more effective?

              You need to do all at the same time, AP, submitting, SE, link trades. You need someone very skilled to create your marketing program, which will include the AP and all the other stuff. You need a Director of Marketing, or you need to learn how to become one yourself, but if you already have a site up there, and you don't know about it, it might be too late. Your site design is not very good. And the name chicksgetfucked is not very creative. You are in Germany?

                  You might have some good content, but you have a learning curve ahead of you for sure. But you have (finally) found a good place to learn.

                          I like the content, good quality, good models
                          Your site design is more for a fetish site, too dark
                          Consider using another billing company
                          Hard to compete these days with a couple of million other sites

                                      I think the site looks good. I disagree that the colors are too dark, they fit really well with the all the interracial stuff.

                                      Maybe you're not getting sales because a lot of the competition charges just slightly more for access to like 50 sites of this size? If it came with a decent sized site network maybe you'd get more sales?

                                          I think it's your marketing strategy which should be targeted on interracial/european niche audience.

                                          Design is something you will have to experiment with, I had 15 designs for my own paysite and now i still tweak the current a bit till i feel it's right and sells best.

                                          besides that you're on you're very first three months, you started with nothing and now you have to build it up. It might take up some time , an affiliate program could help a lot here.
