Seems like a nice package you have. I am sure there must be more to this like you need money, or you are tired of them. Seems like a nice income stream to sell away if you plan on staying in the industry.

I think you selling at the perfect time. I see a lot of membership sites taking a dive in 2007 and the market being flooded with them "for sale". Don't think this will hit the gay sector as bad but straight membership programs are so saturated.... its going to hit them hard, especially the smaller to mid size ones that don't generate inhouse traffic.

True, like most business that are owner opperated, the OWNER is the brand, not the business.

Yeah, I think the gay market is VERY insulated from the "over-saturated" issues that the straight market is having.

In fact, I think it's an "under-saturated" market that you're going to see more and more of the straight programs getting into to increase and stabilize revenues.

I've got other projects that I'm working on, and have had to turn down several offers for some joint endeavors with larger companies because I was tied down with AlleyBucks.
