I think that's terrible news. A shitload of pretty much useless traffic. There's a good reason programs like join4free don't accept traffic from china, and many other countries.

of 2001 in China, mainly Shen Zhen. Credit cards are
VERY rare. Only places that accept them are tourist
hotels and the Bank of China. It's not uncommon to
walk around with 20,000 Remninbi in your pocket. ATM
are still rare too! They put the ATMs inside the banks
and you can only access them during banking hours.
DSL access is great and they installed it in my
apartment within a week, at a cost that most can
afford. However only the top 5% of the "rich" can
afford an offshore bank account and a get a credit
card. ... my best guess are there are about 3-4
million out of 1.4 billion with a credit card.
If you get a chance to go to Shen Zhen, find the
Landmark hotel. Go to the cafe and ask to see

about $1000 to $1500 RMB (depending on the
